Hi Gorgeous! Our policies have been created to provide you with the best customer service.If you need to return an item please read below before contacting us. Only regular priced items are eligible for a return. Due to our low prices we do not offer REFUNDS at this time.

Due to the high demand on our products we do not offer exchanges or refunds. You may return your item for store credit. Store credit will be emailed to you once we've received and inspected your return. If your item does not meet our requirements your package will be returned to you. You may use your store credit to repurchase correct size and or item you may desire.  All exchanges are final sale.

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of the ship date received. We will not accept any returns after 14 days. Items returned must be unworn and unwashed. Items must be stain free from makeup, deodorant and scent free (i.e perfume, body spray, scented lotions etc.) All items must have all Haute Couture tags and product tags attached in its original location and condition. If product arrives defective it must be reported within the first 3 days of receiving items. If product is not reported we will not issue store credit. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your return. Merchandise purchased online MUST be shipped to the below address. Please fill out a return form and include it in your return package. Please email us at prior to returning an item to receive an RA# that needs to be included in your package so that it is processed accordingly.

No in person drop offs are accepted. Shipping cost are non-refundable, therefor we recommend using a shipping service that can be tracked and or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any shipments lost in transit. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your items.
