Exchange Policy

                PLEASE SHOP AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION

We will gladly accept your order for an exchange.You must submit your tracking number no later than the 5th day of the delivery date.We will not accept your return if it is not returned within the 5 days. Policy stickily enforced. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will given.Policy Strictly Enforced .

Example: If you receive your order on Monday you have till Saturday to mail it back to us.

We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please submit your request via our return center. We will issue you store credit once we've received your return.That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. We DO NOT issue credit for shipping cost, as a customer it is strictly your responsibility for covering the shipping cost back to Haute Couture and the shipping cost for the repurchase.A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any re delivery costs.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Haute Couture and product tags attached. A 10% Re-Stocking Fee will be charged for merchandise that is not in its original packaging and or without tags. Include a copy of your invoice for faster processing.

Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Non Returnable, No Exceptions

All items found in the Sale category, Discount codes 25% and up used, accessories,beauty products, bags,cosmetics, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non Haute Couture items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
