--If I incorrectly input an incorrect address on my order and it is returned do i need to pay to reship my order?
-A restocking fee of 30% will be accessed if a customer refuses the package at time of delivery and if package is returned by courier due to an "un-deliverable address" or If an apartment or unit number is missing. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they have entered the correct shipping address. We are unable to cancel any orders once an order has been received by our system.
--Do you refund shipping and handling fees?
-Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
--I accidentally chose "In Store Pick Up" by accident and need my order shipped. What should I do?
--Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name and order number to be invoiced for shipping.
--Are there a restocking fees?
Yes restocking fees are charged if you do not pick up your order within 5 days, if you do not provide an updated shipping address. You will be charged 30% restocking fee and the remaining balance will be given in store credit.

You have 5 days to pick up your order. If you do not pick up your order it will be restocked and a restocking fee of 30% will be accessed and you will receive store credit for the balance. NO EXCEPTIONS!
