Haute Couture ships Monday- Friday only ,excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend and on holidays are processed on the next business day within 2-4 days. You'll be provided with the total shipping and handling cost during checkout. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 days from the order date if not sooner(EXCLUDING WEEKENDS). All Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
For Expedited and Express delivery, place orders before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday for best chance to ship same business day. Please note: Haute Couture cannot guarantee same business day shipment. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. We at Haute Couture are not responsible for shipment delays from carriers. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds for shipping delays.

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-3 days or sooner for UPS/DHL/USPS to update tracking information.
Haute Couture is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If your packaged is returned due to an undelivered address you are responsible for paying a new shipping invoice as our carriers have already rendered service by attempting delivery.
If you realize that your shipping address was entered incorrectly please TEXT 323-430-2008 immediately to resolve the issue and update the order with the correct shipping address.
We, Haute Couture are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the the shipping insurance Route that was purchased at checkout. If no insurance was purchased at checkout unfortunately we cannot do anything in regards to your package. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen.
