Most of our clothing is true to size, but there are items that run smaller or bigger than others. Haute Couture ships Monday- Friday only ,excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend and on holidays are processed on the next business day within 2-4 days. You'll be provided with the total shipping and handling cost during checkout. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 days from the order date if not sooner(EXCLUDING WEEKENDS). All Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
For Expedited and Express delivery, place orders before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday for best chance to ship same business day. Please note: Haute Couture cannot guarantee same business day shipment. Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-3 days or sooner for UPS/DHL/USPS to update tracking information.
Haute Couture is not responsible for packages that are sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If your packaged is returned due to an undelivered address you are responsible for paying a new shipping invoice as our carriers have already rendered service by attempting delivery.
If you realize that your shipping address was entered incorrectly please TEXT 323-430-2008 immediately to resolve the issue and update the order with the correct shipping address.
We, Haute Couture are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the the shipping insurance Route that was purchased at checkout. If no insurance was purchased at checkout unfortunately we cannot do anything in regards to your package. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen.

We will gladly accept your order for an exchange.You must submit your tracking number no later than the 5th day of the delivery date.We will not accept your return if it is not returned within the 5 days. Policy stickily enforced. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will given.Policy Strictly Enforced. All returns must be submitted through our RETURN CENTER and must be approved prior to shipping it back. Items sent without prior authorization, sent after the 5 days will be refused and returned back to the customers. Policy stickily enforced.
Example: If you receive your order on Monday you have till Saturday to mail it back to us.
We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please submit your request via our return center. We will issue you store credit once we've received your return.That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. We DO NOT issue credit for shipping cost, as a customer it is strictly your responsibility for covering the shipping cost back to Haute Couture and the shipping cost for the repurchase.A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any re delivery costs.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Haute Couture and product tags attached. A 10% Re-Stocking Fee will be charged for merchandise that is not in its original packaging and or without tags. Include a copy of your invoice for faster processing.
Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of package arrival along with pictures, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

All items found in the Sale category, Discount codes 25% and up used, accessories,beauty products, bags,cosmetics, clutches, swimwear, or bodysuits are non-returnable.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non Haute Couture items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
